Pre-Pandemic I was a Substitute Teacher at my local Middle School and a Recovery Coach with my local Police Department. When the lock down began I lost both of my incomes. I panicked - rent, bills, food.. how??! I needed to take control of my income so no one could ever have the power to take it from me again.
I partnered with a brand new health and wellness company that held the same beliefs I did and I started my own online store. I have a variety of affordable, all natural and organic alternatives to pharmaceuticals that are manufactured in the US with top of the line, quality ingredients. No chemicals, no toxins, no GMOs, no pesticides, and no gotchas. I currently have three product lines and the company has been growing exponentially since our start in the fall of 2019.
Since I opened my store I have helped over 400 people start their own businesses and I've helped hundreds more find health and wellness solutions they love. Improved mood, more restful sleep, increased energy, quality nutrition, stronger immune systems, healthier digestion systems, pain relief, inflammation reduction.. there's something for everyone.
Please reach out to me anytime with any questions you might have about my store!

Cannabidiol (CBD) has been used medicinally for thousands of years. It has many potential therapeutic benefits, including anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-anxiety and seizure-suppressant properties just to name a few. It can be sourced from both marijuana plants and hemp plants, which are legal in most countries as they contain minor amounts of THC.
The main effects of CBD are anti-depressant: it combats anxiety and depression, anti-convulsant: it suppresses seizure activity, anti-oxidant: it fights neuro-degenerative disorders, anti-psychotic: it combats psychosis, neuro-protective: it protects the neurons in the brain, anti-emetic: it reduces nausea and vommiting, anti-inflammatory: it combats inflammation and also the pain, and anti-tumoral: it combats tumor and cancer cells. CBD may also help with addiction, appetite, behavioral issues, blood circulation, blood sugar regulation, bone health, cardiovascular health, cellular health, compulsiveness, developmental issues, digestive health, electrical disturbance, endocrine health, eye health, focus, head discomfort, join discomfort, kidney function, liver function, lymphatic health, lung health, medicinal immunity, memory loss, mental stability, mood stability, motion sickness, muscle degeneration, muscle tenderness, neural health, nerve issues, nervous system health, reproductive health, respiratory health, skin health, spinal health, sleeplessness, traumatic stress, and weight management.
CBD is one of the most well-known chemical compounds found inside the cannabis plant aside from THC. Unlike THC however, CBD does not product the psychoactive effect that has become commonly associated with marijuana nor many of the other symptoms. In other words, they are both cannbinoids, but one is distinctly separate from THC meaning that they are different substances. CBD is also extremely famous for its ability to reduce the side effects of THC.
Because of its non-psychoactive effects and great potential healing properties, cannabidiol holds and exceptionally high medicinal value that will be paramount in how we treat medical conditions moving forward. It has unique traits that make it stand out as an excellent treatment for a variety of conditions, symptoms, and diseases.
CBD is found in both hemp and cannabis. However, there are notable differences between CBD derived from cannabis versus hemp. The synergy of the different compounds in cannabis work together to produce therapeutic effects on the body that are not achieved by the compounds individually. Essentially, the compounds work better together in what is known as the 'entourage effect'. Because of this, CBD derived from cannabis can be more effective when administered with higher levels of THC and terpenes.
CBD, just like THC, causes a broad range of effects in our bodies by interacting with the Endocannabinoid System (ECS) which includes two types of cannabinoid receptors: CB1 and CB2.
CB1 receptors can be found in many areas of the brain, and they play an essential role in functions such as mood, memory, sleep, pain, sensation, and appetite.
CB2 receptors are usually found in the immune system and they are responsible for cannabis' anti-inflammatory effects.
Endocannabinoids (cannabinoids produced by the body) typically activate both CB1 and CB2 receptors, and the main endocannabinoids that are found in our body are anandamide and arachidonoyl glycerol. The Endocannabinoid System (ECS) is a vital system in the human body, which has receptors spread out across the entire organism, with higher concentrations in the brain and immune system. This system has evolved to specifically manage the effects of cannabinoids in the body, such as THC and CBD.
Our ECS is activated during daily challenges and especially during extreme activity. We tend to wear down the ECS from time to time. This causes the ECS to be overworked and lessens its ability to sufficiently support our vital biological systems. This leads to our body being out of balance. CBD and THC feed the ECS, helping it rebuild its strength and helping our bodies restore balance.
When CBD enters the body, the ECS receptors pick up on these compounds and immediately react and start regulating and managing them to where they are most needed and can do the most good. By sending these compounds in the areas od the body which need them the most, the ECS is actively working to induce a state of balance in the organism, and boost overall health.
With receeptors all over the human body, the ECS controls vital functions such as pain, inflammation, sleep, mood, memory, appetite, and more. When you stimulated the ECS with CBD supplements, it will, in turn, regulate and improve vital functions in your body, with little to no health risks or side effects.
THC mimics the effects of the body's endocannabinoids by also activating both CB1 and CB2 receptors. But, unlike THC, CBD doesn't seem to act directly on cannabinoid receptors. Instead, it works indirectly on them, and it boosts the levels of endocannabinoids in the body. CBD can stimulate the release of endocannabinoids, and it also interferes with their natural breaddown.
Moringa is the most nutrient dense plant ever discovered. In impoverished areas, mothers will give a moringa leaf to their child to chew on; ensuring the child receives vital nutrients. Because of this, moringa has been referred to as the tree of life.
Moringa has been used for centuries due to its medicinal properties and health benefits. It also has antifungal, antiviral, antidepressant, and anti-inflammatory properties.
Moringa contains a variety of proteins, vitamins, and minerals. It is believed to have many benefits and its uses range from health and beauty to helping prevent and cure diseases.
Moringa seed oil is beneficial for protecting hair against free radicals and keeps it clean and healthy. Moringa also contains protein, which means it is helpful in protecting skin cells from damage. It also contains hydrating and detoxifying elements, which also boost the skin and hair.
Moringa can be successful in curing skin infections and sores. Treating edema Edema is a painful condition where fluid builds up in specific tissues in the body. The anti-inflammatory properties of moringa may be effective in preventing edema from developing.
Moringa appears to protect the liver against damage caused by anti-tubercular drugs and can quicken its repair process.
Moringa extracts contain properties that might help prevent cancer developing. It also contains niazimicin, which is a compound that suppresses the development of cancer cells.
Moringa extracts might help treat some stomach disorders, such as constipation, gastritis, and ulcerative colitis. The antibiotic and antibacterial properties of moringa may help inhibit the growth of various pathogens, and its high vitamin B content helps with digestion.
Due to its antibacterial, antifungal, and antimicrobial properties, moringa extracts might combat infections caused by Salmonella, Rhizopus, and E. coli.
Moringa also contains calcium and phosphorous, which help keep bones healthy and strong. Along with its anti-inflammatory properties moringa extract might help to treat conditions such as arthritis and may also heal damaged bones.
Moringa is thought to be helpful in treating depression, anxiety, and fatigue.
The powerful antioxidants found in Moringa extract might help prevent cardiac damage and has also been shown to maintain a healthy heart.
Extract of moringa has been shown to help wounds close as well as reduce the appearance of scars.
Moringa helps to reduce the amount of glucose in the blood, as well as sugar and protein in the urine. This improved the hemoglobin levels and overall protein content in those tested.
Moringa may help reduce the severity of some asthma attacks and protect against bronchial constrictions. It has also been shown to assist with better lung function and breathing overall.
People may be less likely to develop stones in the kidneys, bladder or uterus if they ingest moringa extract. Moringa contains high levels of antioxidants that might aid toxicity levels in the kidneys.
Moringa contains isothiocyanate and niaziminin, compounds that help to stop arteries from thickening, which can cause blood pressure to rise.
Moringa contains eyesight-improving properties thanks to its high antioxidant levels. Moringa may stop the dilation of retinal vessels, prevent the thickening of capillary membranes, and inhibit retinal dysfunction.
Moringa might help a person’s body absorb more iron, therefore increasing their red blood cell count. It is thought the plant extract is very helpful in treating and preventing anemia and sickle cell disease.
Gut health plays a vital role in our overall health
Our bodies can absorb pollutants, chemicals, and toxins from the food we eat and our environment. It is beneficial to cleanse your system regularly to remove any built-up impurities.
In order to absorb necessary nutrients through digestion we rely on our gut. Supplementing vitamins, minerals, nutrients, and things that balance our gut flora has become vital with the depletion of our soil.
You have many bacteria in your body. In fact, you have more of them than you have cells. Most are good for you. The ones found in your gut not only help you digest foods, they work all over your body and can be good for your physical and mental health. .
The gut biome is home base for the bacteria in your digestive tract. Here, they help you break down food and turn nutrients into things your body can use. They stop growing when they run out of food, so you'll only have what you need.
In the gut microbiome, the “good” bacteria do more than just help with digestion. They help keep your “bad” bacteria in check. They multiply so often that the unhealthy kind don't have space to grow. When you have a healthy balance of bacteria in your gut, it’s called equilibrium.
Studies have found that if you have too much of a certain kind of bad bacteria in your gut microbiome, you're more likely to have Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative colitis, or Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Researchers are looking into new treatments for them that target the bacteria in the gut microbiome.
Some kinds of gut bacteria may be part of the link cholesterol has to heart disease. When you eat foods like red meat or eggs, those bacteria make a chemical that your liver turns into something called TMAO (trimethylamine-N-oxide). TMAO may help cholesterol build up in your blood vessels. Researchers are studying a natural substance called DMB that’s in olive and grapeseed oil. They think it might keep your bacteria from making TMAO.
Too much TMAO also may lead to chronic kidney disease. People who have the disease don’t get rid of TMAO like they should. That surplus can lead to heart disease. Researchers think it’s possible that too much TMAO might make you more likely to have chronic kidney disease in the first place.
Your brain sends messages all over your body. Researchers believe your gut may talk back. Studies show that the balance of bacteria in the gut microbiome may affect your emotions and the way your brain processes information from your senses, like sights, sounds, flavors, or textures. Scientists suspect that changes in that balance may play a role in conditions like autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, and depression, as well as chronic pain. The vagus nerve connects the gut and brain, through the gut-brain axis. It communicates information from the gut to the brain using neurotransmitters (such as serotonin and glutamate) and gut hormones, all of which play a vital role in sleep, mood, pain, inflammation, stress and hunger.
An unhealthy balance in your gut microbiome may cause crossed signals from your brain when it comes to feeling hungry or full. Researchers think there may be a link to the pituitary gland, which makes hormones that help set your appetite. That gland can affect the balance of bacteria in your gut, too. Some studies on treating obesity are exploring this link.
You get your gut microbiome at birth, and the world around you affects it as you grow up. It’s also influenced by what you eat. That’s why it can be different depending on where you live -- and why you may be able to tilt the balance a bit.
Found in some foods, probiotics are “good” bacteria like the ones already in your gut. They can add to the bacteria in your intestinal tract and help keep everything in balance. But they’re not all the same. Each type works in its own way and can have different effects on your body.
Probiotics can make your immune system stronger. They may boost gastrointestinal health, too, especially if you have something like irritable bowel syndrome. Some probiotics also may help ease allergy symptoms and help with lactose intolerance. But because our gut microbiomes are unique, if and how they work can be different for everyone. And some experts feel more research is needed.
You can find probiotics in dairy products like yogurt and aged cheeses. Look on the ingredients list for live cultures of bacteria like bifidobacteria and lactobacilli. They're also in fermented vegetables, like kimchi and sauerkraut, and pickled vegetables, like onions and gherkins.
Prebiotics are a food source for probiotics. They may help your body take in calcium better and boost the growth of helpful bacteria in your gut. They’re found in fruits and vegetables, like: bananas, onions, garlic, leeks, asparagus, artichokes, and soybeans. You can also get them in foods with whole wheat.
Probiotics can boost the growth of good bacteria, and prebiotics are good for probiotics. When you combine the two, it’s a synbiotic. The idea behind them is to help probiotics live longer. You can make synbiotic combinations with things like bananas and yogurt or stir-fry asparagus with tempeh.
You can change your gut microbiome by reducing stress, drinking more water, scraping your tongue in the morning, avoid taking antibiotics unnecessarily, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep. You can also take probiotics, eat more fermented foods and prebiotic fiber, and eat less sugar and sweeteners.
